John Royal Harris Vorhies was my debate partner all the way through high school. That is until Miss Ferris kicked him off the team for going skiing in Jackson with his family instead of going to a competition. Thats indicitive of how strong a family man he was. It carried over to his adult life. He was a great friend that we couldn't seem to get together. I still miss him.
